I painted this 12x9 during te full moon in the month of August. Since I was facing into the moonlight, I had no light on my canvas. I had to keep turning my little l.e.d. light to actually see what I was painting. Then, I had to turn it off to see the the actual moonlit scene. It worked pretty well to turn the light off and on until I finished the painting.
