My family and I took off to Lake Powell for the 4th of July - which I sometimes have thought to be one of the hottest places on the planet. But not this time- actually the weather was pretty nice and not too hot. Thank goodness! I painted this sitting on the deck of our cabin cruiser- it worked pretty well for a place to work. This is up a canyon called Navajo Creek (I think). More pictures later....

Plein Air at Lake Powell
My family and I took off to Lake Powell for the 4th of July - which I sometimes have thought to be one of the hottest places on the planet.
